The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively searching for a Chief Medical Officer at a Community Health Center in Dubuque, IA.
Practice Details:
- Clinic Hours: M, T, Th, F 8:00am-5:00pm, W 10:00am-7:00pm, 32-40 hours per week, 4- or 5-day work week
- Patients: 14-17 per day
- Current Staff: 1 Physician, part-time Pediatrician, 3 NPS, part-time Physician, 1-2 nursing staff per provider
- Number of exam rooms: 12 with plans to build out to 15
- Call: No call or nights or weekends, after hours call answer service
- 50/50 split of patient care and administrative duties
- Perform professional, high quality medical care to patients in low income and medically underserved populations
