The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting for a Pediatrician in West Burlington, IA.
Position Details:
- Clinic Hours: 8AM – 5PM (Monday – Friday)
- Schedule: 36 patient contact hours/week and 4 hours admin time/week
- Patients: 18-22 patients/day
- Patient Visits: 30 minute well visits, 15 minute sick visits
- Number of Exam Rooms:
- Current Provider Staff: 4 Pediatricians, 1 Pediatric NP, 1 Pediatric PA
- Other staff: 1 Behavioral Health Consultant, Clinical Support staff (CMA or LPN) 1 per provider, 1 RN Patient Care Manager and 1 LPN Support Nurse
- Call: participation in hospital coverage rotation. 1 week (7 days) on call for hospital coverage. No clinic responsibilities during hospital on-call week.
- Special procedural skills desired: OB deliveries, circumcision

- Eligible for up to $50,00 in student loan repayment for two years of service and eligible for renewal.
- Contract Length: 3-5 years

- CME: 5-10 days per year based on experience; $3000-$4000/year
