RFI: Revenue Diversification & Growth Strategy
The Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) supports Iowa's community health centers and Iowa’s Behavioral Health Delivery System. With an ongoing commitment to expanding access to quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare services, we work to support individuals and communities in achieving their greatest health potential.
With our two sister companies, we provide a wide range of services and supports and are strong partners throughout the healthcare system. IowaHealth+ is a clinically integrated network owned and managed by 11 Iowa health centers and the Iowa PCA dedicated to providing payor agnostic and value-based care while furthering the unique mission of health centers. INConcertCare is our health information technology organization that provides essential technology and data support to Iowa’s health centers. Collectively, the three companies now employ over one hundred team members.
As our organization grows and the environment evolves, so too does the need to diversify revenue, increase grant funding, and strategically position ourselves to support both our internal development and that of safety net providers across the state. We are seeking responses from qualified consultants to help us evaluate our current development capacity and design the ideal scope and structure for a new Development Consultant role and for the Partnerships & Development business unit within our organization. The evaluation and recommendations through this process will ultimately support our long-term sustainability and mission-driven growth.
