Registration will close one week prior to the training or once capacity is reached, whichever comes first. If a session fills, a waitlist will be available, and Iowa PCA will make every effort to provide opportunities for all interested participants to attend.
SolutionPoint+ Crisis Training
This three‑day course equips non‑law enforcement professionals to confidently identify and respond to crises involving behavioral health and substance use disorders. Through immersive scenarios, participants will practice effective communication and crisis response skills while learning to maintain personal well‑being in challenging situations.
This comprehensive course equips attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to support those in crisis while also prioritizing their own mental health.
Due to high statewide demand for this training, registration is limited to 20 people per session. Priority will be given to persons providing direct care to individuals and families in crisis.
