Rachel Ashman is a seasoned Healthcare Professional with extensive experience in healthcare transformation, strategic planning, and operations. With a track record of driving innovation through technology, data, and value-based care models, Rachel has proven herself as a leader who cares about the people being served and making connections with staff. Her expertise spans healthcare delivery, risk management, public health, and staff development, making her a key player in improving healthcare outcomes across various organizations.

Rachel currently serves as the Chief Optimization Officer at the Iowa Primary Care Association, where she focused on organizational optimization and efficiency, supporting cross-functional and collaborative work to ensure organizational success. Her focus is on process improvement, technology integration, and aligning healthcare services with community health goals. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiation Sciences.

In addition to her professional achievements, Rachel is a dedicated Army veteran. Her passion for serving others is matched by her enthusiasm for personal health, which includes bodybuilding and boating with her husband and two sons in rural southern Iowa, where she currently resides.
